GC Trainer Terms of Service (version 1.0.0)

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern use of the GC Trainer mobile application, the page https://gamers-connect.app/trainer, and related services (the "App").
1.2. By using the App, you accept this Agreement and the GC Trainer Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1.3. The App is intended for users aged 13 or older (16 or older in EU countries).
1.4. The operator (IE Zamsky Nikita Borisovich, TIN: 633064286860) may amend this Agreement. A new version takes effect when published on the website and in the App.
2. GC ID Account
2.1. GC Trainer sign-in uses your shared Gamers Connect account (GC ID). Registration, linked sign-in methods, and GC ID deletion are governed by the Gamers Connect ecosystem.
2.2. Deleting your GC Trainer app profile removes only workout log data and the local profile in this App; it does not delete your GC ID account.
2.3. Deleting your GC ID account permanently deletes or anonymizes data across all apps in the Gamers Connect family (including Gamers Connect and GC Trainer).
3. Personal Data
3.1. Personal data is processed under the GC Trainer Privacy Policy.
3.2. At the M0 stage, your workout log is stored primarily on your device.
4. Use of the App
4.1. You agree to use the App lawfully, respect third-party rights, and not harm the operator's infrastructure.
4.2. Training recommendations and programs are informational and do not replace medical or coaching advice.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The App is provided "as is" without warranties except as required by law.
5.2. The operator is not liable for injuries or other harm from physical activity you choose to perform.
6. Paid Features (PRO)
6.1. When available, GC Trainer PRO features are tied to your GC ID. Payment terms follow the app store rules (App Store, Google Play).
